These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SaturnShop website and services, including purchases made through the website (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

The Services are operated by JTR FutureTech Limited, Unit C, 9/F, Winning House, No. 72–76 Wing Lok Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong SAR. “SaturnShop”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to JTR FutureTech Limited.

1. Eligibility and use of the Services

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services and place orders. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and not to use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

2. Products and product information

We aim to present products, colours, images, dimensions and descriptions as accurately as reasonably possible. However, screen settings, product improvements and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences. Product images are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, correct errors and change or discontinue products at any time where permitted by law.

3. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. We may need to verify payment, availability, shipping eligibility, supplier availability or other order details before acceptance and fulfillment.

If we cannot accept, procure or fulfill an order, we may cancel it and refund amounts paid as appropriate.

4. Prices, shipping, taxes and billing

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product is the price shown at checkout when the order is placed and will be reflected in the order confirmation.

SaturnShop offers free standard shipping to destinations available at checkout unless clearly stated otherwise.

Where checkout states that duties and taxes are included, they are covered through our applicable tax-inclusive or duty-prepaid shipping arrangements. We do not intend customers to face unexpected import duties or customs charges upon delivery for those orders. If a destination or shipping method cannot support this arrangement, it will be communicated before the order is dispatched or the order will not be processed on that method.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment, billing and shipping information for purchases made through the Services.

5. Processing, shipping and delivery

Orders are sourced, checked and prepared for dispatch after purchase. Delivery estimates, eligible routes and product-specific restrictions are communicated in our Shipping Policy, at checkout, in an order confirmation or in a shipping update.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They can be affected by supplier availability, product restrictions, carrier operations, customs processing, public holidays, weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Where SaturnShop arranges shipment, risk of loss or damage remains with SaturnShop until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive physical possession of the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, cancellations and remedies are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Services and their content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs and other materials, are owned by or licensed to SaturnShop and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit them without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the Services, interfere with their security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, infringe intellectual-property rights, transmit harmful code or use the Services in violation of law.

9. Third-party services

The Services may rely on third-party platforms and providers, including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment partners and carriers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not make warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. This disclaimer does not exclude rights or warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaturnShop and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, suppliers and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from use of the Services or products purchased through them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold SaturnShop harmless from claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services or your violation of law or third-party rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Hong Kong SAR may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Services with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after the update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
